Creating a healthier, sustainable, and fairer local food system in Carmarthenshire
Bwyd Sir Gâr Food is Carmarthenshire’s local food partnership.
Our aim is to co-create a local food system fit for future generations that produces, promotes and helps provide affordable, healthy and sustainable food for all.
What do we do?
Bwyd Sir Gâr Food is working to create a healthier, sustainable, and fairer local food system for the county.
As a member of the Sustainable Food Places network, we take a place-based approach meaning that we work in a way that best suits the needs of communities across Carmarthenshire. We bring together partners from a range of different organisations to work in partnership to drive and deliver change.
